I think I had a bug

approx 3 hrs ago I felt terrible, the pain and discomfort in my lower back was awful, it made me feel quite sick, it was hard to crawl, and weeing was a big prob My Mum had an  upset tummy yesterday and felt unwell. Anyway yesterday I keep sneezing all day, perhaps there is a link.
