Its good to breathe

Another important thing I have totally forgot to mention is, breathing. I found every time I walked with my walker my breathing changed, basically I didnt and had to stop to inhale all the time, it had become a habit. I would tense up every move I made and that in itself affected my breathing pattern. And again my flow was affected. I'm ok now as nothing stresses me plus I am in a chair at the mo which takes away the stress of trying to walkwith a wonky spine just not possible as balance is comprimised ( but I aim to correct that) I suppose in a way I am tuning my body up flow wise and its so beneficial to have flow. And breathing is good slowly not fast.
