Stress is the stronger contender

I think there are many things that will benefit those diagnosed with ms, like Yoga, meditation, massage , Hbot, tai chi, pilates etc. they either realign the body or relaxes it and both of these are good, but only a temporary fix for a short period of time. Once the stresses return either on the mind or body, that feel good factor will go.

I have a Tai Chi and Yogalates DVDs, and have had them for three years unopened. As I didnt see any point of excercising a wonky body, that bit needs fiing first
