Now this bit is worrying

There is an organisation so dominant in the ms world, that although its intention is to inform and support, in my oppinion has an enormous influence on the way others think, is very detrimental to those like me (misdiagnosed) because it has become this incredibly large network, totally focussed on medical and scientific remedies. and that blinkered attitude is totally wrong for those like myself, its a bit like putting all ones eggs in one basket. I have observed the website for some time, and when anyone visits, they enter this newfound world, dependant on others advice they are welcomed kindly with open arms and affection, putting them firmly in a category that they may not need to be in, where it is accepted to sit back and wait for a cure, as that is their only choice. What a load of incredible tosh that is, and is very very dangerous, as with that attitude progress is stunted, and that is just wrong and very unjust. All done in kindness but having the total opposite effect.
