after sustaining an actual injury I became very aware that I was experiencing two types of pain, the injury would respond to painkiller, but the type that I already had, and was very real, did not, they may have taken the edge off but otherwise it basically stayed the same.
By minimising physchological anxieties, and the stresses on my structure caused by misalignment in the spine so pressure on some pressure points caused by the physical tension, I reduced my pain by 80%, and still reducing/
