problems by knock on effects

Now my right kidney infection has gone, another issue dealt with.  Whilst asleep, as only can sleep on my left side at the mo. when laying down I experience lower back pain, which is in my left kidney area, when I lean up and put my weight down my spine to my hip, it goes. My question to John my Chiro on Friday is, can misaligned hips cause kidney pain. Another piece to this complex puzzle, spine misalignment has so many different knock on effects, its so interesting, as I am solving my own probs one by one.
