The effects of stress

Where there is stress prevailent you will find concerntrations of MS, I dont think it is anything to do with location, but with lifestyle and the degrees of stresses people are subjected to. Western lifestyles are loaded with stresses, in some cases from morning to night, thats why it is not at all surprising to me that cases are significantly higher in the USA and UK.

In my case I did have transfered stresses, you know I took on it all so everyone else (namely partner) could enjoy a responsibility free lifestyle. Transfered stress happens all the time, in many many working environments, its common practise, also passing the buck has exactly the same effect, pushing one problem to someone else, its sad but that is how life seems to operate. People work to survive, not to enjoy life with their families, thats why so many people emigrate to more family orientated countries, where they can enjoy life together as the should do, escape the rat race, being undervalued and appreciated.

Stress stress makes a hell of a mess, it gets bigger and bigger and never gets less.

Eventually we fractured and sometimes break fatally I.e. heart attack or stroke. If stress is not taken as seriously as it should be, the cost of it will continue to escalate, in lives and money, a huge cost.
