I went out in the garden to get a dose of vitamin d, but on coming back in, my transfer to my wheelchair was less than perfect and i ended up on the ground, this was quite frightening as my legs were kind of paralysed, I couldnt move either of them, plus my wheelchair rolled over me and pinned me down. Thank goodness that the postman called and rescued me.
Anyway found it quite frightening did some research and came accross two items, which relate to me, especially the one with the pretuding stomach ( thats me) I dont sit right on my bottom, and I hae to keep shiting back.
Anyway the next two posts are relevant to me and I have already sent them to John my chiropractor.
