So my neck and lower back ache.and this then must aggravate the sciatic and left leg nerve. as now the left leg flexes when I reach a certain position that effects my lower back, its all complex I know, but I am tryig to describe as best I can. First thing I could crawl now I cannot it feels like my back has seized up. This is all good news as I dont feel as bad as yesterday, but not as good as 4am. lets see what happens tomorrow

2nd update today
