As I am feeling as if I have been run over by a bus, as usual after seeing John my Chiropractor, I have decided to refrain from leaning forward to use my laptop, thus straining my lower back, this time I am going to rest it properly, I have no real reason to post anything more as I think there is enough info on here thats relevant.
Aparantly my chair is ok to pop out in but not really suitable to sit in all the time, so I shall concerntrate on getting a different chair, as this one not doing me any favours.
So I now go away and rest properly this time and stay off laptop
