Either my leg or back but not both

I have just sat back in my armchair with my left leg resting on my wheelchair, it is tight behind the knee and painfull to straighten. I was distrcted by the film as was really good. When film had finished lifted my leg with ease off my chair, but then tried to sit forward and couldnt, managed it eventually, but then my leg reverted back to as it was.
