The condition is a massive money making industry, a solution would leave many people out of business, but relying on an aide etc is not addressing the problem. A bit like prescribing an antideppressant, it should be an assistance to help you address the original problem, the cause, not to paper over the cracks a bit like ccsvi its a symptom of a cause yes there will be improvements and some will be a placebo effect, but bottom line is if your Atlas is out it isnt going to make you walk again. Perhaps the money saved on wrong diagnosis could be channeled elsewhere into the system say into child carers, now they need our help
