a much lighter feeling

today I went to see  John my Chiropractor, as soon as I got in my taxi he commented on how well I looked. When I arrived at Chiros he also mentioned how different I seemed and was my head finally in the right place, at which I answered, smiling " it certainly is". I suppose with the recently discovery of Candida, it all finally comes together, and its like a great weight has been lifted. There's no stopping me now, also apparently I am physically moving differently, now that I am also aware of. So its onwards and upowards,
