We feed our Candida by a rubbish diet, lets hope it's not too late to rectify

It seems to me that since 1980s our diet has been invaded in all aspects by the American diet. We need to revert back to a diet and smaller portions that we used to have.

We have been allowed to become greedy and that has to stop.
