Hi, I am very scared and my Dr have made an appointment to
see a neurologist ,I really need to talk with someone about MS I woke up
this morning terrified. I have been feeling fatigued and run down for
nearly two years now and i don't know what way to turn. I feel desperate

Hello Nick. Hope someone's contacted you. This is a scary
time,hopefully you won't have too long to wait before seeing
neurologist. There is a helpline you can ring on this website in the
morning or the samaritans if you feeling really desperate and need

don't waste time worrying because you never get that time back.
now if it turns out to be ms there are a lot of options for you.
not just the disease modifying drugs but also things like hyperbarric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and LDN (low dose naltrexone)
maybe a bit of research into these will give you less time to worry.
HBOT can be accessed at a ms therapy centre as well as loads of other therapies.
LDN can't be had on the NHS but it only costs about £18 per month.
