Somebody tell Head of NHS that Candida causes obesity and sugar addiction

So the head of NHS is insulting every over weight nurse professional etc. working for NHS to lead  by example by losing weight themselves, before advising their patients to do so on health grounds, WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how insulting is that, FOOL
