Spots last 48 hrs

I have had crops of spots appear on my left thigh on two occasions recently one time approximately 15 to 20.

But in the last 48hrs both my upper legs have spots at random, they  are benign no puss soreness or itch, they cud have been drawn on, they also vary in size. Interesting!
