Facebook, twitter, google, windows, distract my purpose

I am sick  and tired of inadvertently including them in my posts, then having  undo and start again, it all takes time and by the time I've fixed it all,  I've lost  the flow of what I am doing it is so annoying, even as I  type this, a bright blue advert  has popped up introducing free windows 10, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole
