I believe that the meridians encircling the sexual organs is very relevant, it causes a twisting in that area, the external genitalia and uretha become as one.
I was experiencing a 1/2 hour ago an intense tightness and my legs twisting and knees being tight together.
Using my massager i massaged the area before my bottom, couldnt put it in between my legs as wouldnt part, but after a few seconds massaging my knees parted and released.
I now feel loads better. I hope I have described it as well as possible.
Yes I have a problem with my spinal cord, but the meridian is also very relevant as I think both affect eachother.
