Our bodies cry out a warning that we are infected, but over the counter medicines hide the truth, they need to wake up!!!!!

Sheena McNeill · Managing Director at Rawestruck
I have been having this, possibly as a result of black mold poisoning. Anyways, I went out and bought some vegetarian probiotics, caprylic acid, and am going to try following this diet. I do know that whatever is going on with my stomach caused a lot of nausea, a week straight of vomiting and dry heaving daily plus extreme fatigue..which is still going on (fatigue). The heaving and vomiting stopped after I quit coffee (was drinking 2-3 cups a day). All symptoms have improved a lot since I stopped daily coffee, but I am still very significantly sick, with abdominal pains and pressure, burning in throat, gas, and pretty much constantly churning stomach. Initially I thought it was a stomach ulcer, which maybe it partly is.

Hey guys. I was just diagnosed 2 months ago, but I've been struggling with it for awhile. The main issues I'm having are the stomach pains, bloating, exhaustion, irritability, and brain fog. Anyone else having these symptoms? I've been eating "yeast free" for almost 2 months and I've lost 17 lbs. but I really don't feel any better. I haven't been eating as strict as the diet above but it has been pretty strict. So my question is what is a good and safe supplement to take to help get rid of the yeast in my gut?

I am not alone. Wow, lot's suffer from Candida. I can surely look at my diet throughout my life and see how I have over endulged in items on the list. Especially alcohol. So after this weekend I am quitting. Coffee, quitting. With those monies alone, I can still go to an organic store and buy better food. Candida struggler for over 20 yrs. Finally got the proper diagnosis for it last week, that's a shame. Some very uneducated Doc's in this world.
      Thanks Guys!

        Here's something to chew on!

Candida is a part of the cause of most, if not all cancers.

•Doctors rarely, if ever, stop to think about candida, or parasite infection. And as a result their medicines only treat part of the cancer equation. In other walks of life it would be called: "Neglect". There, Ive said it.

I recently went to a cancer clinic in the USA, and to the Dove Clinic in the UK. At both I talked to the nurses.

Open quotesEvery Cancer patient they see, man or woman, has bad candidaClose quotes.

They were unanimous. Every cancer patient they see, man or woman, has bad candida. Whether it is breast cancer or prostate cancer. (It is most definitely true for my daughter with her brain tumour too).
Cancer patients undergoing radio or chemotherapy did not finally succumb to the cancer itself, but to an infestation of candida albicans. That was taken from Contemporary Oncology Magazine 1993 in the USA. http://www.canceractive.com/cancer-active-page-link.aspx?n=1089

Strange that they do not mention coconut oil! I agree with Epiphany that this diet is impossible to follow.

This is pretty much bullshit. He/she basically listed every single food group as unnacceptable and who the hell has money to buy frog legs or pheasant? Let me just walk down to my local market and grab that. Not to mention this person contradicted themselves more than once. I am currently experiencing yeast overgrowth and I have bought over the counter candida capsules from the women's clinic here, they are excellent for instant relief and long term effects. They contain natural herbs like cilantro and also contain garlic which is extremely helpful for getting rid of yeast infections. Having a yeast overgrowth does make for a very restrictive diet but supplements are a great help. Acidophilus supplements have always gotten rid of yeast infections but for some reason that and yogurt have made the nether regions flame up, for me, almost immediately after taking them. my doctor later cautioned me against them. Candida supplements get rid of other symptoms and prevent that burning that feels like a bladder infection. Anyways, I would take this article with a grain of salt. Every health pro thinks they're right but I find that usually a good dose of common sense and the more simplistic answers are the ones that are best. Health enthusiasts have a tendency to talk in circles.

Which over the counter candida remedy have you bought?

I have heard that Collodial Silver is a natural liquid which can be in jested and it kills viral, bacterial and fungal infections. I use it externally, but my aunty gave it to my uncle who was diagnosed with cancer and he still smoked regardless but he survived 2 more years after the doctors didn't think that it was worth giving him treatment. Considering his diagnosis of lung cancer he has a pain free death. The colloidal Silver comes in different strengths and I wouldn't be without it.

I hate to say it but I am a believer, I am going through the worst candida infection I ever had, I used to get thrush after taking antibiotics but last year my throat closed up and I couldn't swallow. I went for a barium swallow and the pill wouldn't even go down my throat, they then sent me to get my esophagus stretched and while I was under they found I had a bad candida yeast infection in my throat, they couldn't stretch my throat until the infection was cleared up. I started taking fluconazole (liquid) 10 ml by mouth for 14 days and I didn't know I even had it then, it cleared up and I finally had my procedure. Here it is Mar. 2015 and I have it again but it's much worse , I have felt like I have the flu....my sinus are also infected, my stomach stays sick.....believe me if sugar goes into your mouth at this stage you know it, the yeast attacks in saliva and I am constantly spitting.....so read everything. I am also taking probiotic fortify and a multivitamin, I'm drinking a lot of green tea (home made) sweetened with stevia and I heard sauerkraut was good to eat with this if anyone knows better let me know.

I presently have yeast infection and I was reading this website and they mentioned about the following: Condiments and Sauces No Ketchup or catsup or any type of tomato sauce Cream sauces such as Alfredo Steak sauce, NO Capers, Dried or powdered garlic, Miso, Dried or powdered onion, Pickles or chutneys, which include anything made with sugar and distilled vinegar. Spices, Distilled vinegar Sauerkraut. They're talking about Distilled Vinegar Sauerkraut that you have to omit, so why would Sauerkraut be good for this? I hope we both can get rid of this by making sure we don't eat too much of these foods that we have to omit to get rid of it and to keep it that way.

I am so glad to see I am not alone.. I have started taking probiotics.... I am so over this.

This article is half garbage. Eating fruit does not make candida worse and is the only natural way to kill the overgrowth along with herbs. I hate with people post articles and have no clue what they are actually talking about or how the body actually works. If this person did they would know that fruits are excellent for healing of anything in the body. I'm not going to waste my time going into the scientific reasons why fruit is he best thing to eat to rid yourself of excess candida. And this person listed almond milk as dairy. I'll just stop there.

Actually sugar feeds it and fruit naturally contains sugar..and they listed almond milk as suggested dairy alternatives maybe your the one that's not intelligent here.

Stevie, you are a moron. Complex carbs/sugar feeds candida. Not sugar in general. If fruit feeds it then I guess it's a miracle I completely eliminated my overgrowth consuming nothing but fruit. Candida is found in the lymphatic system primarily. The only way to get it out is to get the kidneys filtering and lymph flowing by eating astringent fruits.

But by the looks of your profile you seem to be the perfect example of health and I see plenty of issues with your skin that shows how unhealthy you are. Let me ask you. How many people have you helped heal their bodies of incurable diseases? My guess is 0. Let the grown ups stick to the serious stuff and you go back to playing in the sand box.

Leland Yarnell Would you agree that most, if not all grains, are a bigger issue? I know some have resolved their candida issues with the 80/10/10 diet which consists mostly of fruit. I am dealing with what most likely is Candida and started by eliminating all fruit, not going to work for me. After further reading such posts as yours I am bringing fresh fruit back in as well as plenty of greens, fresh juice, water and natural anti-fungals.

Joel grains/complex carbs are definitely the biggest issue for sure hands down.

Leland Yarnell I agree with her, I had to do this cure for more then a year after almost dyed from candida yeast infection, and my tree kids was very young, they almost lost their mother!

Sugars feed the yeast, did you read this ; Candida Albicans: Could Yeast be Your Problem?
they tell to not eat fruits, not during the diet! (multivitamin without fucking sugar).
a really good book is ; Fasting can save your life from H. Shelton,

Poitier that's funny considering I got rid of my overgrowth by eating ONLY fruit for over a period of 9 months. Imagine that. The media and government would love to tell you to stay away from the healing power of fruits and veggies to keep you sick and recommend dead decaying animal flesh as a source of healing? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that a burnt dead carcass has no healing power and a very low electrical energy.

I am not a specialist, sure,
but in fruit there is sugar, how can I take fruits?
maybe fruits has some curative effect that go far beyong the fruit-sugar?
and, I am diabetic too, so....eat only fruits?

Poutie, if you read some of my comments above you will see about the common misconception that all sugar feeds candida when in reality it's only complex carbs. Read what I wrote about astringent fruits to Stevie. The most astringent/aggressive fruits are watermelon, grapes, oranges, pineapples, lemons, limes, grapefruit.

The sugar is pretty special in fruit, so I guess you could say that's one reason it doesn't feed candida. Eating lots of fruit would make your symptoms flare up possibly as well cravings increase especially right before the overgrowth dies off.

Candida is a fungus (we know this) and fungus/bacteria is necessary in the body to an extent because they are cleaners and help create vitamins among other things. The problem is when acidic food and things that are entered in the body isn't supposed to be there the overgrowth happens. As long as people are eating complex foods (meat, dairy, grains, starchy veggies) then the overgrowth will always be there because it creates acidosis. Anytime the body has to use multiple steps to break something down this is the natural effect. Not to mention improper food combining that causes fermentation in the stomach.
