As my main problem is the sciatic nerveI have decided to give some different acupuncture points a try.
Sciatica UB36,UB57 and GB30
Knee pain ST35, SP9 XIYAN
neck pain SI 12, GB20 GB21 and UB7
It cant harm to try and I will let you know if possitive results
