Does a gravity shift, break and damage bones

Upon righting myself,  I have  noticed that because of my centre of gravity has been off, that my whole weight has gone to the ground has shifted this has been incredibly painful at times and I have scars on my upper feet to prove it, most recently it has been through my left elbow when trying to sit upright. I tried o get up wrong earlier and it caused pain to the bone in my arm. Which has caused me to consider this, does this shift result in brittle bones in childhood, causing them to fracture or break.
